Adhesives based on Polyurethane Dispersions - Dispercoll® U, one component

Dispercoll® U polyurethane dispersions are very versatile when it comes to their processing technologies and properties that can be obtained in the finished adhesive. They are environmentally friendly and feature a number of important adhesive properties:
      • Excellent initial bond strength
      • High final bond strength (including substrates that are difficult to bond, e.g. PVC)
      • Good thermal resistance
The excellent properties of adhesives based on Dispercoll® U dispersions open a wide range of choice for thermo-activated and room-temperature bonding processes, including wet-in-wet bonding processes for durable adhesive bonds on textile or leather substrates. The classical heat activation process is used for instance for 3D film lamination in the furniture industry, heat lamination of automotive interior parts or in the production of footwear, to just name a few.
